Special vehicles

Special vehicles require non-standard yet safe and reliable solutions. Semi-trailers, ambulances, fire trucks, caravans and campers are objects in which our products can be applied. We provide solutions which significantly increase production speed and simplify assembly processes which ultimately reduces production costs.

Our product portfolio includes adhesive materials for bonding and sealing vehicle components (interior and exterior parts). There are many advantages to use adhesive tapes for vehicle assembly processes. Application of a tape (instead of a glue) may speed up the assembly process by up to several hours. [The application of liquid glues requires long drying times.] Instead of standard mechanical connections (rivets and screws), we recommend 3M ™ VHB ™ or AFTC® Silver Tape ™ acrylic tapes. These materials do not damage the anti-corrosion layers [what screws or rivets can potentially do], preventing the initiation of corrosion centres. The vinyl sealing tapes, also in our offering, provide excellent protection against moisture, irreplaceable in the protection of board edges. We also supply assembly foams that effectively reduce noise and vibration. Thanks to our machinery park, any element can be delivered in a particular shape, according to individual needs and specifications.
